Who helps us process it
Providers that host the site, operate our application infrastructure and deliver email may process information on our behalf. We only use the access needed to run the enquiry and service workflow.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a working relationship, meet record-keeping obligations and protect the service. Retention can vary when an enquiry becomes a client relationship.
